We worked with Renee at OrderCo on two projects after moving into our pre-war bungalow in Maylands — first the bathroom and laundry, then the kitchen and living area.
The house was tired and outdated, and we needed it to function properly for our growing family without losing its character. The mid-century modern vision designed by Buena Vista Design was brought to life seamlessly through Renee’s expert trade coordination and her collaborative, practical and calm approach to project management.
Her strong working relationships with the designer and trades made the whole process feel cohesive and well considered. Everything was clear and transparent from start to finish, and timelines, budgets and decisions were organised and thoughtfully planned around our family while we continued living in the house.

When we approached Renee and Nic to do our kitchen - we were overwhelmed after years of trying to figure out what to do. It’s a small space and we wanted to maximise its functionality while not over investing.
Nic took charge - took all our ideas and things we love to flip the design on its head and create something that is perfect for our family. Renee guided us patiently through the renovation on time and on budget. Once we handed over the reigns - it was very low stress from our side!!
